Following the latest Government guidance, we are delighted to confirm that our Bromsgrove store will re-open on Tuesday 13th of April.
For the safety of both our customers and our staff, our store will have some temporary restrictions in place.

Our Bromsgrove and Stafford service is now collection only.
Please call or message Andy on 07538 744 542 to book in your collection of clothes, shoes, bags, belts and matching bed linen.

Tags&Rags collection service are looking for Charities that are in need of a rag man. Areas covered include Stafford, Bromsgrove, Reddich and surrounding areas for more information please contact Andy on 07538744542.
What we buy
* Important please be aware as we supply the African market, we can only take a reasonable amount of winter clothes – approximately 15% of your load.
All clothing needs to be clean and wearable.
We no longer accept electrical items at our Bromsgrove or Stafford store.

As we supply the African market, we can only take a reasonable amount of winter clothes – approximately 15% of your load.
Our classification of winter wear is as follows:
- Jumpers
- Cardigans
- Hoodies
- Men’s jackets
- Ladies jackets
- Anoraks
- Sweatshirts
- Woollen scarves
- Sheepskin coats
- Fur coats
- Rain macs
Packing these items separately will reduce any waiting times and we would really appreciate this help going forward.
