You bring your unwanted items that we accept to one of our local stores, we check through the bags to make sure we are able to take all of the items, weigh and pay.

Clothes should ideally be packed in bags. We ask that all shoes are paired and tied together. Please separate your bed linen and curtains, please also separate tagged items of clothing. All other clothing can be mixed together. Non-textile items can be packed in boxes or bags.

Yes we check through all bags to ensure we are able to accept all of the items, please be aware that each store reserves the right to refuse any items that they deem to be unsuitable. We will check through your bags as quickly as possible, we know life is busy.

We always aim to pay the best prices in your area. Please check the page for your local store, which will have an up-to-date price list for items we accept in your area. Please note prices can fluctuate due to market trends.

All clothes, shoes, bags, belts, bed linen and curtains are recycled, re-worn / re-used in Eastern European countries and Africa. Cds, DVDs and electrical items* are recycled in the UK.

We can collect bulk loads of clothes, shoes, and bags locally from our Bloxwich store. Each collection must be for a minimum of 10 bags. If you live in the Bloxwich area, please contact the store for further details.

All of our shops are fitted with trading standards approved scales, the dial will be on display so that you can see your weight.
1kg is the weight of one regular bag of sugar or 2.2lbs in weight.
If we refuse to take any items we kindly ask that all customers take them with you, some of our stores do have a bin but it is not for public use.

Most of our stores will be closed on a bank holiday, please check on your local store’s page or call to check before visiting us.
Yes we can. Please be patient if staff are already with a customer – we are more than happy to help you unload just ask 🙂
